1. "When will my order be shipped?"

Orders are packaged and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 3-7 business days, however, during periods of high demand please allow 7-10 business days your items to be processed and shipped. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will not be processed until the next business day. 

2. "I just received my order and I would like to exchange the size. Is that possible? 

Sure is. Our exchange policy is 14 days after the delivery date (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays). Returns/Exchanges are not processed until we have received the item(s) and they are in original condition and original packaging. For a refund/exchange, email our customer support.
